VollzeitWetter (Ruhr)

Professional driver (m/f/d)

You do not simply drive from A to B. As a professional driver in our team, you are an important part of a coordinated logistics service: with modern vehicle technology, precise load securing, reliable coordination with dispatch and a clear understanding of what matters to the customer.

Your role with us

Our transport assignments range from plannable goods movements to demanding project tasks. You take responsibility for vehicle, load, schedule and professional conduct on site - working with dispatch, storage, workshop and project teams to ensure reliable transport and project logistics.

What you do

  • You carry out regional and long-distance transport assignments, including coil, standard, tool and project-related transport tasks.
  • You prepare load securing carefully, check it before departure and reliably implement the requirements of the goods being transported.
  • You check vehicle, trailer, equipment, documents and load and document relevant steps carefully in daily operations.
  • You coordinate closely with dispatch regarding routes, time slots, customer requirements and special conditions at loading and unloading points.
  • You act in a friendly, reliable and solution-oriented manner with customers, partners and loading points.
  • You support special transport and project processes where experience, calmness and practical judgement are required.

Your profile

  • Class CE driving licence, valid driver card and completed professional driver qualification.
  • Experience in freight transport; experience with coil, tool, machine or special transport is an advantage.
  • Confident handling of load securing and a strong sense of responsibility, quality and deadlines.
  • Technical understanding of vehicle combinations, trailers, securing equipment and the practical handling of demanding transport assignments.
  • A reliable, careful and solution-oriented way of working, even when conditions change on site.
  • Good German skills for coordination, documentation and customer contact.
  • Team spirit, reliability and willingness to work flexibly in regional and long-distance operations.

What matters to us

  • You remain calm during demanding assignments and think one step ahead.
  • You communicate clearly with dispatch, customers and colleagues.
  • You handle vehicles, loads and equipment responsibly.
  • You understand quality not as an add-on, but as part of every single transport.

What to expect

  • A family-run logistics company with long-standing experience and direct communication.
  • Varied transport assignments instead of monotonous routine.
  • A modern fleet and colleagues who understand what matters in day-to-day operations.
  • An experienced dispatch team that plans realistically and remains accessible.
  • An environment where reliability, care and practical thinking are valued.
  • A long-term perspective in a company that has been moving logistics since 1933.

Your next step

If you drive reliably, take responsibility and would like to approach demanding logistics tasks with calmness and care, we look forward to receiving your application.
